After a corporate career leading people, teams and development programmes across Europe, I left in my mid-fifties to build a winery in Bordeaux from scratch - no industry experience, no blueprint, and no guarantee it would work. It did. And that process taught me more about how change actually happens - the mindset, the planning, the fear, and the courage it takes - than any theory I had previously studied.
I hold a Masters degree in Education and have spent years working with people to help them grow and find their way forward in large organisations and small businesses alike. All of that goes into how I work with you.
Whether you're completely stuck, spinning with too many ideas, or ready to plan but not sure where to start, there's a way to work with me that fits where you are right now. The workshops below are my structured offerings but if you'd prefer something more flexible, I also work with people on a bespoke 1:1 basis. Every session, whatever the format, is tailored to you: your life, your fears, your specific next chapter.

Define the Dream

In two focused hours together online, we'll cut through the noise, work out what you actually want (as opposed to what you think you should want), and turn that into a clear, energising vision you can act on. By the end of the session, you'll know your direction and feel genuinely excited about it.

Chart your Change
Turn your Vision into a Practical Plan
3.5 hours
You know what you want. Now you need to make it real. This is the more intensive session for women who are clear on their direction and ready to get into the practical detail of how to actually make it happen.
We'll sharpen your focus, work through any fears or blockers honestly, and build a concrete roadmap: what to do, in what order, by when.
It's a proper working session, so we take a break halfway through so allow around four hours in total. You'll leave with a plan you can actually follow, and the confidence to start.

A long weekend in Bordeaux for women ready to write their next chapter
Four days in the French countryside, away from the noise of everyday life, with likeminded folks all asking the same brave questions about what comes next and creating a route map to get there.
Set at Château George 7, my own winery in the Bordeaux countryside, this retreat combines the real work of figuring out your next chapter with the pleasure of being somewhere genuinely inspiring. We work, we eat well, we walk the vines, and we talk honestly without the pressures of ordinary life getting in the way while I help you to figure out and plan your next chapter.
